DAREN MILLER
Managing Director
Daren has extensive experience as an executive search professional in North America and Asia. Since 2003 he has advised corporations, financial institutions and investment funds on the recruitment and retention of individuals and teams.
Daren was educated in Canada, where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
In the past Daren has worked as a lawyer at one of the largest law firms in Silicon Valley, and in the financial services sector. Additionally, he has advised and invested in a number of venture backed companies.

NIKOLAS CLEVERLEY
Managing Director
Nikolas ("Nik") is responsible for the firm’s sell-side and buy-side activities in Asia. Nik began his executive search career in 2006 in Hong Kong, and has previously worked for global and regional executive search firms in both Hong Kong and Singapore. Nik focuses on searches from CEO to analyst, across multiple asset classes. Prior to starting his search career Nik worked for Barclays Capital and Mitsubishi Securities in London. Before joining the financial industry, Nik spent four and a half years working in Formula One.
